Incorporation for Non Local Resident

Everything is incorporated with Secretary plus the nominee director. We can act as your nominee director to fulfil your company’s requirement of having at least one director who is an ordinary resident of Singapore. A nominee director is a nominee of the shareholder at the company in which he acts in accordance with the directions,instructions or wishes of the shareholder.
